Dear customers, collaborators and workers, since the beggining of Phase 2, we have returned to our normal opening hours from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
From María Elena Real Estate, we want to send a message of calm and tranquility, and since the health of people is the most important thing for all of us, we are working with adequate protection measures to not jeopardize our health. All our team have successfully completed an online course of General Aspects of SARS-CoV-2.
Our facilities have been disinfected by professionals, with biocidal products, among which are virucidal disinfectants, recommended by the Ministry of Health, necessary for the control of organisms harmful to our human health whose use is regulated by the Regulation (EU ) nº528 / 2012. The cleaning products used have demonstrated their effectiveness against the virus according to the UNE-En 14476 standard and are the following:
- Fifth generation quaternary ammonium: 5%
- Benzyl-C12-C16-alkyldimethylammonium chloride: 10%
- Sodium hypochlorite (active chlorine): 2%
Visits to the properties or to our facilities will maintain a rigorous hygiene protocol with the mandatory use of a mask, application of hand sanitizing gel, maintaining the safety distance of 2 meters and disinfecting the surfaces with an alcohol spray at 70%.
